The hotel is situated in a dream location just above Selva Gardena. Surrounded by nothing but nature, tranquillity and a relaxing atmosphere, yet at the pulse of entertainment and shopping. The town centre is only a short walk away. The slopes, hiking trails and mountain lifts are right in front of our door. Inside the hotel, you are greeted by a relaxed, comfortable, yet tasteful atmosphere that will live up to your highest expectations and allows you to relax and enjoy every day of your holiday.

Amazing and comfortable stay in Val Gardena
Excellent location to explore Val Gardena. I was taking part in the bike event "Maratona dles Dolimites" and having my bike with me was no trouble at all for them, even arranged a very early breakfast for me on morning of event (04:30am!). Reception staff were excellent, especially Christian who was always available and ready to help out and answer all the questions we had!! Amazing views from our room and the room was extremely comfortable. We don't normally eat at the hotels we stay at, but the food was very good as were the restaurant staff, special mention to Sabrina and Valeria, they were awesome! Would not hesitate to book this hotel again and would certainly recommend it.

...this is a perfect place for a holliday
We spend 4 nights in the hotel with my husband. Room was really spacious, modern and really clean. We also had a balcony with great view. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They gave very good tips for e.g. wandering routs (taking into account weather each day) and dinner restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel was everything we could want. Access to the footpaths (or skiing in winter time) was great. Truly recommend this hotel.

Wunderschönes Hotel zum Wandern
...It is our third time back and we will be back again...clearly the fact that you need to book your winter Holliday well in advance is testament to the high quality of the establishment. Truly ski-in ski-out, which is pretty rare in Selva, the hotel is a bit far from the Main Street, but there is really very little reason to go down there. The hotel is very well kept, clean and comfortable and deserves a far higher ranking on Tripadvisor. The owner and staff are always at your service attending any need you might have. It is clearly well suited for family holidays and extremely accommodating. We stayed in room 109, perhaps try to get a room on the second or third floor. Otherwise as I have written before really no need to hesitate before booking this hotel, I will be surprised if you didn't become one of the guests that returns again. Enjoy!!!

A drink at the bar before dinner, stimulating conversations in a cosy arm chair in front of the fire place, where a fire is flickering during the winter months, in your hand is a good book or your favourite newspaper, on the table in front of you is a cappuccino, a glass of quality wine, an after-dinner drink or a whisky. Enjoy a place to relax on your own or in good company – inside or, in the warmer months, in our comfortable outdoor Lounge-Corner. It is our wish to create an elegant ambience where you can feel at home.

The luxurious dining room is elegantly decorated with attention to detail and large panoramic windows. The Green Room at Hotel Continental is where we offer you culinary delights such as our abundant breakfast buffet of everything your heart may wish for and, in the evenings, our dining experience that will be fondly remembered for a long time to come. Enjoy the awe-inspiring view of the Dolomites while the sunset shows the pale rocks in a romantic light and subtle music is playing in the background completing the atmosphere.
Did you know that from our restaurant you have a perfect view of the nursery slopes? While your children slide down the slopes with their experienced ski instructor, you can enjoy another cup of coffee and croissant while keeping an eye on your little ones.

It is almost too good to be true! In winter, you walk out of the hotel and are right in front of the mountain lifts taking you to the Sella Ronda. In summer, you walk from our reception area directly into one of the most beautiful hiking paradises in South Tyrol. You are surrounded by nature’s best. That’s the good life! What about some relaxation on one of our deck-chairs in the hotel garden? Or a drink with friends in our cosy Lounge-Corner? Do you prefer being more active? What about hiking, mountain biking, climbing? The beautiful surroundings of stunning mountains and untouched nature provides all the entertainment you will need.

What would the world be without children? We love the sound of children’s laughter in our corridors and the sparkle in children’s eyes when they see a holiday portion of ice-cream in front of them. Children teach us the most important things in life and in order for them and their parents to feel comfortable at Hotel Continental, we have developed a particular family formula, which respects the wishes and needs of children AND adults. From the extra-large family room with separate bedrooms to children’s meals, prepared upon request by our chef. And, of course, the perfect location of the hotel in one of the most beautiful ski and hiking areas in South Tyrol. There is nothing to stop you from walking out of your room into adventure and fun!
