Booking and cancellation policy

 

• Prices are indicated in euro per person per day (arrival sat. - departure sat. = 7 nights) on halfboard base (buffet breakfast and dinner with menu choice and buffet of salads) in a double room.
• Rooms are available the day of arrival from 15.00h and to be left for 10.00h the day of departure.
• Reservations are valid only with: either a hotel deposit of at least 25% of the total cost of stay, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card, or our travel insurance. Our cancellation policy is the following:
-> till 46 days prior arrival: deposit will be returned (less 15,00 euro).
-> 45 - 31 days: we will deduct the deposit on a future stay, latest during the next following summer season, otherwise the deposit is lost.
-> 30 - 22 days: deposit is lost
-> 21 - 0 days: deposit is lost plus we will charge 80% of the booked holiday.

We recommend to all our guests our travel insurance HOGAST.
• On special offers in cooperation with the tourist board of Val Gardena or DolomitiSuperski such as "Ski Special for Kids, SuperSun or similar" other conditions may apply. On stays shorter than 7 days a supplement may apply.
• Service and all taxes are included. Extra will be charged for all services and goods which are not indicated as included in our booking confirmation such as drinks, telephone calls, extra meals, internet access etc.
• Except on confirmed bookings, prices showed above may be changed any time.
Not consumed meals will be deducted from the bill (12,00 euro) only if they will be cancelled prior 12.00 a.m.
• The 3.rd and 4.th beds could, if necessary, be of smaller size or pullout beds.
• The hotel Continental does NOT have a swimming pool and we do NOT offer any beauty treatments and any massages.
• In case of an earlier departure, we calculate the total price of the room, less the not consumed meals, till the programmed departure day.

• We would like to inform you, that according to the current law, payments in cash can only be accepted for a maximum amount of 999,99 Euro.
• Errors and omissions excepted. In any case of dispute the sole competent and relevant court is the one in Bolzano - Italy
