Covid19: Information, cancellation policy and things to know


    Safe and relaxing holiday at the Continental

    The health and safety of our customers and our staff is our highest priority. We are doing our utmost to ensure you a safe and relaxing holiday enforcing the new laws as well as worked out new standards and processes in order to allow you to have the most out of your holiday:>


    In general

    • Observing at least a distance of 1 metre between persons is a rule in all common areas. Should the distance between persons be below 1 metre wearing a mouth & nose protection is, following the new law, compulsory to all guests, except children till the age of 6. As soon as you are sitting on your table protection can be layed down.

      

    Food & Drink

    • Our fine and creative cuisine has a big focus on local products and suppliers, this comes now to an advantage.
    • We would be pleased to serve you the breakfast at your table, however a safe buffet is available, to help yourself on the buffet the wearing of nose & mouth protection is compulsory as well as to disinfect your hands before and after going there.
    • Dinner will be prepared as usual from our kitchen staff with great passion and care, you may choose between 3 different menues.
    • We will do our best to please your requests and/or your allergies. The salad and starter buffet requires you the same behaviour as the breakfast buffet.

      

    Cleaning

    • We are already cleaning since many years following the actual new standards, in addtion to that comes now the regular and continuous desinfection of the different areas. For their daily use desinfectant is provided and at disposal of our customers throughout the hotel.

    Wellness and saunas

    • The wellness area and the saunas are open following the current restriction in force during your stay. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further details.

      

    Cancellation policy for winter 2020/2021

    • For all bookings free cancellation till 21 days prior arrival with refund of the deposit. For cancellations between 20 days prior arrival and 6 days prior arrival day the cancellation fee is of 30% of the stay, for cancellations between 5 days prior arrival and arrival day or No Show, 100% of the holiday will be charged, we recommend to make our travel insurance.
    • For all bookings throughout the whole winter free cancellation at any moment with full refund of the deposit in case you or some of your family will have Covid19 as well if you or one of your family will be put on a precautional quarantine or if your government will enforce a travel warning for Northern Italy or if your home town will be put under lockdown.

    We put together this points following our best knowledge and conscience, should rules for Covid19 be changed or new laws restrict some of our services we will enforce them in our hotel without any further notice.
