Extra charge
Check-in & Check-out
Rooms are ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
The third or fourth beds in the rooms may also be smaller sizes, additional or sofa beds if necessary.
Dogs & Cats
Pets are only allowed in the rooms by prior arrangement and with our agreement. We charge a fee per day without food.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas
Sauna
We would like to point out that we reserve the right to not always switch on all saunas in the event of under-utilisation. If you have specific preferences, please let us know. We will find a way that everyone is happy with.
A local tax of € 4.50 per person per night is charged for all guests aged 14 and above. This tax is not included in the stated price and will be collected on-site.
We will be happy to inform you of the surcharge for using a double room as a single room on request.
For late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows, we’ll charge for the entire booked period.
Service and VAT are included in the price. Not included are any other services possibly used, which are not described as included here or in our reservation confirmation.
Price changes are reserved, except for reservations already confirmed in writing by us.
Our offers, including written ones, are not binding for either the guest or us, meaning rooms offered by us can be offered to multiple parties simultaneously.
Uneaten meals will only be deducted (€ 12.00) if cancelled by 12:00 noon.

Reservations are only binding after written confirmation from us and after receipt of a deposit of at least 30% of the holiday price.

Great wellness area, everything there was very clean as well as in the rooms. Very good breakfast with vegetable/juice press. On request, scrambled eggs and fried eggs were prepared fresh. The 4-course dinner was varied and exceptionally tasty. Good hiking tips from the owners! All in all: A real 4-star hotel, gladly again and again!
